Project Superintendent

What you'll do
  • Lead the field execution of commercial construction projects that inspire people, strengthen communities, and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients 
Field Leadership & Project Execution
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of all field operations, including CCS employees, subcontractors, and vendors. 
  • Lead project activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. 
Schedule & Production Management 
  • Implement and maintain project schedules.
  • Develop and execute short-term look-ahead schedules that align with overall project milestones and drive timely project completion. 
Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and owner-specific standards.
  • Monitor workmanship and installations to ensure quality expectations are achieved while maintaining a safe and secure jobsite environment.
Coordination & Reporting 
  • Coordinate jobsite logistics, deliveries, subcontractor activities, and temporary facilities. 
  • Communicate project issues, conflicts, and progress updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. 
Documentation & Reporting 
  • Maintain accurate project records including daily reports, labor tracking, safety documentation, contractor directives, purchase orders, and as built drawings. 
  • Support project transparency through timely and organized reporting. 
Project Closeout & Team Support 
  • Implement scope changes as directed, assist with punch list completion, and ensure a smooth turnover. 
  • Perform carpentry and related field tasks when necessary to support project success. 
What you bring 
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience with field leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, and project coordination 
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices 
  • Ability to effectively supervise subcontractors and field personnel 
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  • Has a can-do attitude and prioritizes relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and CCS team 
  • Experience with project documentation and reporting requirements 
  • Knowledge of construction costs and budget awareness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • First Aid / CPR certification 
  • OSHA 30 certification 
  • Valid driver's license
