Painter

Overview: Seeking a full-time painter to provide support to a full team of construction professionals working in both residential and commercial settings. 

What you'll do: 
Professional Painting and Paper-Hanging 

• Perform all phases of professional painting and wall-covering work including surface preparation, taping, puttying, and caulking as needed. 

Painting Applications

• Prime and finish paint apartment units using spraying, rolling or brushing applications. 

Wallpaper

• Remove existing wallpaper and install new wallpaper as required to complete project specifications. 

Job Site Support 

• Complete general clean up and support the crew as needed. 

Independent Work 

• Report to the crew foreman while being capable of quickly performing most tasks with minimal supervision. 

What you bring:

• First Aid and CPR
• OSHA 10-hour 
• Driver's license
